Who runs Yardline Co.?
We do — Sean and Nicole, a family operation based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Sean is a licensed Arizona general contractor (ROC #364270) who's spent years designing and installing premium outdoor builds. Nicole is a practicing dentist who creates wellness and lifestyle content for an engaged online community. Together, we curate every product on the site — choosing pieces we'd put in our own backyard before we recommend them for yours.
Where are you located?
Scottsdale, Arizona. We ship nationwide from our manufacturer warehouses.
Why should I buy from Yardline Co. vs a bigger retailer?
Same products. Same authorized-dealer pricing. Real people answering questions. Pre-purchase guidance from someone who's actually built outdoor spaces. Warranty support that doesn't disappear after you click "buy."
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
The continental U.S. for all products. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping vary by item — contact us for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times vary by manufacturer and product:
- Smaller items (accessories, tools): 3-7 business days
- Saunas, plunges, outdoor kitchens: 2-6 weeks
- Custom or made-to-order items (most pergolas, certain saunas): 6-12 weeks
Each product page lists current lead times. We'll confirm in writing before you place the order.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free freight shipping on every order, anywhere in the contiguous U.S. No order minimums.
How is large freight delivered?
Larger items ship via LTL freight carrier. Curbside delivery is standard. Inside delivery and white-glove service are available on most items for an additional fee — ask before ordering.
Installation
Do you install?
We don't install directly — we're a retailer, not a contractor crew. But because Sean is an AZ-licensed GC, we can connect Arizona buyers with vetted install partners and provide guidance on install requirements anywhere in the country.
Do I need a contractor for these products?
- Saunas, plunges, smaller items: usually DIY-friendly with the manufacturer's instructions
- Outdoor kitchens with gas/water/electric: typically need a licensed contractor for utility hookups
- Pergolas (especially motorized/louvered): often need a contractor for permitted installs
We'll flag any install requirements on the product page or in pre-purchase conversation.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Financing options are available on larger orders — ask if interested.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
- Before the manufacturer ships: yes, full refund
- After it ships: subject to return policy and freight costs
- Custom/made-to-order items: typically non-cancellable once production begins
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, on orders shipping to states where we're required to collect (currently Arizona; expanding as we grow).
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, on most items, within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page for full terms. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Who pays return shipping?
- Defective or damaged in transit: we cover return shipping
- Buyer's remorse / change of mind: customer pays return freight + restocking fee (15-25% depending on item)
What about products from your Essentials section?
Items from our Essentials section (Sun Living Family Collections) are sold by Amazon, not Yardline Co. Amazon's return and warranty policies apply to those purchases — handle those directly through your Amazon account.

Each product carries the original manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty page for full details on how we handle claims.
How do I get support after I order?
