Warranty
Every product on Yardline Co. carries the original manufacturer's warranty. We don't manufacture anything ourselves — we curate the brands worth carrying — so warranty terms come directly from the company that builds the product.
How warranties work here
When you buy a sauna, pergola, outdoor kitchen, or other major item from Yardline Co., your warranty is honored by the manufacturer (Plunge, Sunstone, Almost Heaven, etc.). Coverage typically includes:
- Structural defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures under normal use
- Limited timeframes — usually 1 year on parts, longer on structural components, varying by manufacturer
Each product page lists the specific warranty terms. If you can't find them, ask us before you buy — we'll get you the manufacturer's full warranty document.
What's not covered
Most warranties exclude:
- Damage from misuse, weather extremes outside design tolerances, or improper installation
- Cosmetic wear (fading, weathering, normal patina)
- Items modified after delivery
- Damage during DIY install if professional install was specified
Filing a claim
You don't have to navigate the manufacturer alone. We handle the front end of every warranty claim:
- Email us at admin@yardlineco.com with photos and a short description of the issue.
- We open the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- We coordinate inspection, parts shipment, or repair as the manufacturer authorizes.
- We follow up until it's resolved.
This is the difference between buying through Yardline Co. and buying through a faceless dropship store. You don't get bounced through call-center menus. You get a real person — us — making sure your claim moves.
Items from our Essentials section
Products linked from our Essentials section (Sun Living Family Collections) are sold by Amazon, with warranties honored directly by the manufacturer through Amazon's standard process. We don't manage warranty claims for these items — please use Amazon's resolution process via your account.
Questions before you buy?
If a specific warranty term matters to your decision, ask us first. We'll confirm in writing what's covered before you place the order.
