Shipping policy
Free freight shipping on every order, anywhere in the contiguous United States. No minimums.
Lead times
Lead times vary by product and manufacturer:
- Accessories and smaller items: 3-7 business days
- Saunas, plunges, outdoor kitchens: 2-6 weeks
- Custom pergolas and made-to-order items: 6-12 weeks
Each product page lists the current estimated lead time. We confirm exact timing in writing before processing your order.
How freight delivery works
Larger items ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carrier. Standard delivery includes:
- Curbside delivery — driver brings the shipment to your driveway or curb
- Appointment scheduling — the carrier calls you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window
- Inspection at delivery — you have the right to inspect for damage before signing
Optional upgrades (available on most items):
- Inside delivery — driver brings shipment inside your garage or first room
- White-glove delivery — full unboxing and placement (varies by item)
- Liftgate service — required for items 150+ lbs without a forklift on site
Hawaii, Alaska, and international
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska on a quote basis. International shipping is reviewed case-by-case. Contact us before ordering with your address and product, and we'll send pricing.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. For freight shipments, you'll also receive direct contact info for the carrier to schedule delivery.
What to do if there's damage
Inspect every shipment at delivery. If you see external damage to packaging or product:
- Note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Undocumented damage is much harder to claim.
- Photograph everything — packaging, damaged areas, product.
- Email admin@yardlineco.com within 48 hours with the photos and your order number.
We'll handle the carrier claim and replacement. We recommend not refusing the shipment unless damage is severe — accepting and filing a claim usually resolves faster than refusing delivery.
